DECAES (DEcomposition and Component Analysis of Exponential Signals) is a tool for the fast analysis of multiexponential T2 data. It can be used for myelin water imaging, luminal water imaging and regular T2 mapping in. DECAES is an official Julia package. Phase Unwrapping with PhUN
Our phase unwrapping algorithm is written in C and is available for Linux, Mac and Windows. It can be called from Matlab, IDL or the command line. Typical unwrapping times are 0.1 s for a 512 x 512 image.
